Since the saucy Queens rapper NIcki Minaj just fired her manager and rapper Waka Flocka Flame's mother, Debra Antney, we expected a big announcement about her new situation, but we didn't expect ... Diddy. The Young Money rapper is rumored to have hired the rap mogul as her new manager.
According to website BeStylistik.com, Minaj terminated Antney after she failed to organize Minaj's international work permit, forcing her to drop out of Rihanna's 'Last Girl Standing' tour. The venture with Diddy is an interesting one, as he has a history of financial disputes with his previous artists -- Ma$e, Day 26, Lil Kim and the LOX -- yet he's also in a much different position now, as an entertainment icon and businessman.
There is no word yet from Minaj's camp regarding the rumors. Minaj's highly-anticipated debut album is said to be coming in the Fall of 2010 via Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Motown.
