Beyonce has joined several celebrities including Lady Gaga, Annie Lennox and Corinne Bailey Rae to participate in Oxfam's 2010 charity Curiosity Shop. The charity organization will take residence in London's Selfridges Ultralounge until May 20, where shoppers can browse and purchase special designer items that have been donated by celebrity participants.Beyonce has signed on to donate pieces from the autumn Dereon collection, which includes a featured one-shoulder butterfly dress. The dress will be featured at the pop-up shop, and it will also be auctioned off on eBay along with other celebrity pieces until May 20. Other items at the pop-up shop and auction include luxury pieces from Stella McCartney and Vivienne Westwood. All proceeds from the charity event will be donated to Oxfam, which focuses on combating poverty.
Beyonce and mom Tina Knowles have been steadily expanding their Dereon brand in recent months. The brand recently inked a deal with Arrow Home Fashions to debut a new line of home decor accessories.
