wow first of all the dude didnt even pull the trigga and didnt even muder the girl he was jus there at the wrong time ! so yall that say he doesnt deserve anything dont know anything bekuz he doing 31 years for somthing that nobody sure about what he acutally did ! .... second.... im talking of ppl rapping succk or he promoting violence ! u know how many rock and pop artist talks about killing them selves and drugs and all that bull shyt ! there positive rappers too !... and then some of these racist comments about blacks ! there more hispanics in jail then blacks and its the same population with white and blacks we all do the same mistakes the same bull shyt so race has nothing to do with anything ! the only diffrence is that other races critize blacks ! and yall say that its equal but its still not equal rights jus its alittle more sneakier now !

When people can not get along with other people and have crossed into the darkside by not abiding to social standards. and commit gross negligent acts, then they are striped of the standards we all recieve. and they are the lowest forms of society they chose that path now let them live in that sub-society, design to make them feel bad. instead of giving them freedoms enjoyed by law abbiding people.

He should not be allowed to do any type of business from his cell. It is an insult that he is given all these privileges. He is suppose to serve a sentence. Blacks sure have it good these days, always using the past as an excuse for everything they do. It is all wrong, this is different times, and should apply to all races, no matter what color. You go to prison, you should be serving your time, not enjoy special privileges. It seems he got a bonus, FREE BOARD AND LODGING, and running a business, RIDICULOUS!! He got what he deserved.

Blacks don't get the same opportunity as whites? Are you out of your mind? They get affirmative action, which means that even if they aren't as smart or qualified as whites, they still get the job just because of their skin color, and now people like you have even given them the white house, just because they're black. I have no problem with blacks, but stop giving them excuses to use as to why they don't or can't act like normal law-abiding citizens of a country that caters to every last one of their freaking needs.

I feel no pity for that guy who got stabbed. Why? Because he was in prison for his involvement in the murder of a WOMAN! The only thing he could have done worse was kill a child. The rules of prison are not too different than ones on the "streets", it's kill or be killed. Now, the fact that he's running a rap label and making money while he's supposed to be paying his debt to society, does California not have a Son of Sam law or whatever? Even if they don't, the proceeds should be going to the family of that woman he killed to up his street-cred.

Obama complained to Channel 5 that not enough blacks were shown on their TV station. So now Channel 5 has vowed to show "COPS" 6 times a week instead of the usual 3.

This is the problem with America. This scumbag along with the rest of those scumbags in prison should not be permitted to do anything. It's not a music studio or a restaurant. It's not a health gym or spa. It's punishment for crimes committed against society. The Warden out west has the right idea...and all of you know who I am talking about.

The arrogance of the majority of White people is so sickening. Their logic: "If we say 'rap' is not music, than it's not music." (lol)

Music, per Webster's dictionary, is defined as "VOCAL, instrumental, or MECHANICAL sounds having RHYTHM, melody, or harmony."

Rappers, who are very VOCAL, use mostly MECHANICAL sounds for their RHYTHM (beats). Playing an instrument is only part of the definition. You also have to ask certain question:

1. Does rap express ideas and emotions? The answer is "YES" b/c it's made by people.

2.Is rapping "an art of sound in time"? While some may argue that it is not very artful, there is no denying that it is a creation of sound in time. Art is very subjective (even more so than music), but basically anything created by a person can be called art. Therefore, rap is an art form.

3.Are the musical elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color utilized in rap? Let's start with rhythm. It's all about the beat. At it's basic core, rap is words set to a specific beat or set of beats. That's all it was when it first sprang up in the late 1970s.

We tax payers are paying for the bricks and mortar prison facility, guards, food, and medical care for convicted murders serving life sentences who are allowed to continue their careers as if they never went to trial. Something is terribly wrong with this picture.
