Joe Jackson Sues AEG Live Over Michael's Death

As the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson's passing draws near, Joe Jackson will file a lawsuit against entertainment production company AEG Live, accusing them of overworking his son, and helping to cause his death.

TMZ.com is reporting that Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman has plans to file a complaint with the United States Attorney General. The suit will allege that the company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, by disregarding Michael's rumored addiction to prescription pills and forced him to commit to a grueling performance and rehearsal regimen, which ultimately assisted in his demise.

Oxman also plans to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California, arguing that AEG controlled Michael's medical treatment Oxman will also go after Michael's former personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, with a wrongful death suit for his part in the King of Pop's death. Murray, who stayed with Jackson in his Los Angele home administered a fatal dosage of Propofal to the 50-year-old, the night before his death. He has since been charged with involuntary manslaughter, and claims that although he administered the narcotic, it was Michael himself who increased the dosage that killed him.

Last year Michael announced that he was teaming with AEG to produce his final tour to take place in London in July of 2009. He suffered a fatal cardiac arrest less than one month before he was to begin the performances. Rehearsal footage from the tour was later turned into the documentary film 'This Is It,' which went on to gross over $200 million worldwide.

AEG DID NOT WANT MICHAEL JACKSON TO GO ON TOUR AFTER THEY FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS ADDICTED TO PRESRIPTION DRUGS AND IT WAS A MONEY RISK FOR THEM, IF MICHAEL DID NOT COME THRU ON HIS AGREEMENT,I STILL THINK AEG TOOK AND INSURANCE POLICY OUT ON MICHAEL JACKSON 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE TOUR JUST IN CASE HE DIED,AND I THINK DR MURRAY AND AEG WERE WORKING TOGETHER FOUND OUT MICHAEL JACKSON WAS NOT CAPABLE OF TOURING AND THEY KILLED HIM INSTEAD TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE POLICY,THEY WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY OF THE FOOTAGE OF THIS IS IT, THAN IF HE DID THE TOUR,GREEDY CROOKED NO GOOD BASTARDS AND KILLING INNOCENT SUPER STAR FOR GREED

Wake up people. The machine killed Mike Jack. He was going to expose the music industry on his last tour and that's why they killed him. The beast is real like a MF. Mike became a NOI and was being mentored by Farrakhan. He woke Mike up and mike was tired of being used.

Joe's relationship with his wife & son is irrelevant, the point of having to find out what happened & how much the Estate is making is to assure the rights of Michael's kids & Katherine. Nothing is being disclosed by the Executors and someone is protecting Murray!

Branca has a history of embezzling money from Michael, the Executors will rape & pillage Michael's music, image & name with no opportunity for the children to have a say in their Daddy's legacy. So how can the Jackson family know the children's rights are preserved when the Executors are not letting anyone know the amount made since Michael's death! There are many hands in this death.

Thank goodness Joe Jackson is speaking out about the greed, corruption & abuse of Michael's career, Katherine cannot contest or protest. There's valid reasons why Joe is pushing for justice & the Executors to expose how much Michael is worth dead and who benefits because of it....he is pushing to disclose TRUTH! Support Joe! GOD BLESS.
