Lord Infamous, one of the founding members of Academy Award-winning Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia, suffered a heart attack and stroke earlier this week, according to reports. While details are still scarce regarding the circumstances of Infamous' condition, members of his former group have kept fans updated via Twitter, tweeting to say that while he's still hospitalized, he is recovering. "About to go see lord at the hospital..i grew up with him..i will always be 3 6 mafia..always," tweeted Three 6 affiliate Gangsta Boo. Earlier this week, Juicy J, one of Three 6's two remaining members also wrote to say "Lord infamous is doin ok."
Though Lord Infamous left Three 6 Mafia, and was barred from returning to the group by Sony due to his numerous arrests, he is still a frequent collaborator. He recently released the 'Helloween EP,' and is said to be releasing a solo album in the near future.
