Former Day 26 singer Que proposed to longtime girlfriend Dawn Richard of Dirty Money via Twitter this past July 4, but he may not have gotten his desired response.
"@dawnrichard i want tha hole world 2 kno ur mine forever.....Will u Marry Me.........I love You," Que tweeted. "Call it what u want lol im just a sucka fa Love."
As romantic as his proposal to the "hole" world was, Dawn has taken her time giving an answer. In an interview with Vibe, Dawn finally responded about the proposal, saying "He talked about it to me but I didn't know he was gonna do that. I feel that's between him and I but I'm happy that he's happy with me and that's all I'll say about that."
"You guys will know soon enough. Right now, I think Qwanell is such a loving person that he just wants to tell the world all the time what goes on between me and him and that was a surprise to me and I love him for that. But I'm more of a private person. You guys will find out when it's time. I do love him and I do think he's my soulmate."
While hesitant to disclose her personal matters, Dawn did finally concede that, were she to marry, "Knowing my mom, it'll be the biggest [wedding] you ever seen in your entire life."
Dawn and Que are currently in production on a reality show for MTV.
Her album 'Last Train to Paris' with Diddy and Kalenna Harper is in stores September 20, 2010 (allegedly).
