Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, best known for his abdominal "situation" and his role as a partying twenty-something on MTV's 'Jersey Shore,' said that he was excited about his company, MPS Entertainment, collaborating with Snoop, who was named president of Serious Pimp back in May.
"I'm very excited to unveil my Serious Pimp clothing line to the public," The Situation explained. "My company, MPS Entertainment, has worked very closely with Serious Pimp to develop a line that captures the style and confidence that is my trademark. Being 'The Situation' means that confidence cannot be bought and certainly cannot be thrown away. The new clothing line embodies the look of a Serious Pimp; it looks good and feels great on you."
Serious Pimp was founded in 1999, by Mixed Martial Arts enthusiast Damian Kutzner, in an attempt to combine hip-hop style with "MMA attitude." Kutzner said in a statement that The Situation's "swagger" fits perfectly with Serious Pimp's esthetic.
"The Situation's swagger, attitude and confidence resonates with the Serious Pimp image. We're very excited to welcome him to the board," Kutzner said.
In other news, The Situation recently recorded his aptly-titled rap debut, 'The Situation,' with Fat Man Scoop, DJ Class and Disco Fried and has reportedly hinted at a future musical collaboration with his new partner Snoop.
