The contemporary Mediterranean-style home features large public rooms that offer a view of city lights, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and 4,297 square feet of living space. Eve, who purchased the gated residence in 2005 for $1,775,000, put the home on the market last year at an asking price of $2,395,000, this time cutting back the price to appeal to buyers.
Eve recently came into legal troubles after she was named in a money laundering scheme this past February. The rapper and her ex-boyfriend Teodorin Nguema Obiang were nabbed for setting up a fake 'shell' company and funneling illegal funds through it.
Her recording career has also been rocky as well. Interscope Records dropped the rapper, whose most recent appearance was on Ludacris' 'Battle of the Sexes,' after consistently delaying the release of her fourth album 'Flirt.' The currently unsigned emcee plans to release her next LP, 'Lip Lock,' at the top of 2011.
