Billboard posted a clip of Carey performing 'We Belong Together' -- the Brazilian audience does some impressive singing along -- and noted that Carey looked "visibly larger and rounder in the belly."
While there is no confirmation of pregnancy, Carey, who has been plagued by pregnancy rumors in the past, sent up a suspicious tweet after the show. "Seriously, I really do love it here, beautiful people inside and out! Tonite was tuff 4 me 4 personal reasons, but U got me thru!L4L."
