"I don't even know what happened," he said of the commotion. "To be honest with you, I don't even know what people were talking about. The only thing that I did was take a drive to figure out how to handle it."
The Grammy-winner continued by explaining that he didn't lose a watch, but rather something else, and that this kind of thing happens to him all the time. But this time, he claims it must have been an inside job. "Why would I commit suicide? I could buy what was stolen," he explained. "You know it's close in your family when it's things in your house."
The singer-songwriter, who was discovered by a police officer acquaintance this morning, is already back in the studio working on Keri Hilson's upcoming sophomore album. Timbaland released his third solo album 'Shock Value II' in December 2009, finding success with the singles 'Say Something' featuring Drake and 'If We Ever Meet Again' featuring Katy Perry.
