Each artist on the tour has an album coming out before the end of the year, which are likely to make up most of the set lists during the shows. The tour sticks to the Eastern seaboard, kicking off in Tampa, Fla. on October 11 and making stops in Atlanta,Ga.; Baltimore, Md.; Philadelphia,Pa. and Portland, Maine before wrapping it up in Boston, Mass. on October 24. The gang will team up with Talib Kweli, Pete Rock, Jean Grae and Strong Arm Steady for a special CMJ Showcase on October 19 at New York City's Le Poisson Rouge.
Duck Down has already celebrated its 15th anniversary with a star-studded performance at NYC's B.B. King's Club this past July, as well as a showcase at this year's SXSW Music Conference, a special performance at the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival and the release of a compilation spotlighting the best from the label's catalog.
