Nicki Minaj Debuts 'Check It Out' With Will.i.am at the VMAs

Young Money femcee Nicki Minaj made her MTV Video Music Awards performance debut during the pre-show. Minaj -- dressed in a pink and purple spandex space suit and pink wig -- set things off with her hit single 'Your Love,' before jumping into a new track, 'Check It Out,' featuring Will.i.am. The Black Eyed Peas MC -- who likely produced Minaj's 'Check It Out' -- joined the diva on stage wearing all black including his face, which was painted black for the occasion.

Hopefully Minaj fans will get a chance to see the diva grab her first moonman. Miss Minaj will go toe-to-toe with Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Jason Derulo and Broken Bells in the Best New Artist category. Minaj's debut 'Pink Friday' is set to hit stores and online retailers on November 23.
