Chris Brown may find himself back in legal hot water as a Scottish DJ is accusing him of stealing the beat for his latest single 'Yeah 3x (Yeah, Yeah, Yeah).' Calvin Harris is blasting Brown, after noticing striking similarities between his single 'I'm Not Alone,' and the track which will appear on Brown's upcoming 'F.A.M.E. (Forgiving All My Enemies)' album.

"Choked on my cornflakes when I heard new Chris Brown single this morning," Harris wrote on his Twitter page over the weekend, posting a link to the song. "Do you know what I mean?" Within minutes of posting the message, Harris received a slue of negative comments from Brown's supporters, accusing him of attempting to start controversy to gain notoriety. "Oh wow these Chris Brown fans are amazing!" he wrote. "Search @calvinharris and see some of the replies i'm getting ... "

Brown has yet to respond to Harris' claims but the beat in both songs do sound similar but there is no word yet on whether or not the U.K. singer wants to take legal action.

In the meantime, Breezy has experienced a resurgence in his career, with the release of the song 'Deuces' off his and Tyga's joint mixtape, 'Fan of a Fan.' The single has been sitting atop the Billboard Hip-Hop and R&B singles charts. Taking to UStream, Brown announced the "little secret" that Fabolous,T.I., Drake, Kanye West, and Andre 3000 would all appear on the remix to the track. The new version is to surface within the next two weeks.

I agree with a lot of you ppl need to realize the singers do not make these beats most times the beats are presented to them and they decide if they like em or not then write a song for them....i mean geez...get over it already...may ur song will be a hit now!!! lol

then pure ignorance is required to make loads of cash defrauding fans, all because a "producer" puts a record together and Chris Brown goes "Yeah" "Yeah" "Yeah" into a mike in a studio.... must put a lot of hours in at the office. laziness ignorance apathetic, i would be worried!

It could be that, Chris Brown didn't put the beat to the song, second he wrote just the lyrics, third
This was posted on DJFRANKE'S twitter page in reference to the song.... No just me RT @ladybreeze87: @djfranke did you and David Guetta produced Yeah 3x?

Get ready! @chrisbrown "Yeah 3x" produced by @DJFRANKE is almost finished!! @chrisbrownweb
4:10 PM Sep 19th via Echofon I could go on through his twitter page. My point is that the producer puts the beat to the song and maybe that's why Chris isn't worried!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
