Ice-T, Too Short and KRS-One Appear in 'GhettoPhysics' Doc

Ice-T, Too Short and KRS-One are about to show their expertise in the world of prostitution. No, the three rap icons aren't up to no good, they're just appearing in the rated-R documentary entitled 'GhettoPhysics: Will The Real Pimps & Ho's Please Stand Up!' that is currently screening in limited runs across the country. The doc strives to analyze the relationship between pimps and prostitutes and how that relates to the capitalist system in America.

The movie, which is produced by Captured Light Films, also features appearances by Dr. Cornel West, Cynthia McKinney, Fillmore Slim, Norman Lear. Interested parties can catch screenings in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, New York and Washington D.C.

'GhettoPhysics' features a mixture of the usual documentary-type footage with animation, satire and some pointed dramatization. The film attempts to demonstrate that the parallel power dynamics that happen in street prostitution rings relate what occurs on Wall Street on a daily basis.

"We're hoping this film will speak to the huge part of the population that doesn't get exposed to transformation and meditation," says co-director, producer and writer William H. Arntz in the film's press kit. "Even though the message is from a whole new perspective, it's still a presentation of awareness, choosing your own destiny, creating reality. We want the viewer to see that it's all a game -- and that you do not have to be guilty or inhibited about how you show up in the midst of it."

Cynthia Mckinney said in the Ghetto Physics Trailer "WE CAN ALL BE VICTIMS OF OTHER PEOPLES GAMES OR MASTERS OF OUR OWN DESTINY"....I think We all need to do something substantial to change this world, To move people in such a way that it becomes bigger than our own selves.....Don't miss this film you might miss more than 98 minutes of you life but a chance to connect to other people ideas....
