Rocking a very impressive afro, rivaled only by Roots drummer Questlove, Hill belted out the lyrics to the song written by her father-in-law. The Grammy winner also performed some of her own hits including 'Doo Wop (That Thing)' and her Fugees hit 'Killing Me Softly.' The mother of five also pictured with Fox, who has suffered from the neurological disease for several years.
Although usually reclusive, Hill has been hitting up a few stages this year, adding more spark to the rumor that she is prepping a new release. Since dropping her debut solo album 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' in 1998 the singer all but fell out of the spotlight popping up sporadically for performances and an ill-fated reunion with her fellow Fugee members Wyclef and Pras.
