Glenn Allen, X's lawyer, noted that he had been working with his client and probation officials, but expected the arrest. As previously reported, the former Ruff Ryder, was taken into custody Thursday (Nov. 18), and is being held without bond at the Maricopa County Jail, which is sadly becoming his home away from home these days. The troubled rapper has been arrested on numerous occasions in Maricopa County, and vowed never to return to the state of Arizona while serving time for several charges including animal cruelty and drug possession.
"I'm not looking back," X told local news outlet Fox 10. "I'm not coming back. I'm not coming back for a show. I'm not coming back for a visit. I'm not even driving through the state. If I'm on a plane and they're flying over it, I'm gonna go around."
X is due to appear in a probation revocation hearing on Dec. 9.
