The Celebrity Roast of Stephen Hill is set to take place at NYC's Lincoln Center on Dec. 9 as part of the City of Hope's Fourth Annual Music and Entertainment Industry Comedy Roast. Hill joins previous roastees Fat Joe, Clive Davis and John Mellencamp in the hot seat, with the intention to help raise money to help those afflicted with diabetes and cancer.
"The complete bludgeoning of my ego during this roast is absolutely worth it for the support and attention that will be brought to City of Hope's efforts," Hill told AllHipHop.
Hill most recently made headlines after the 2010 BET Hip-Hop Awards, which took place this past October. After rapper Waka Flocka Flame took the stage, Hill took to his Twitter page to express his regret over having the southern rapper perform at the event. The two exchanged barbed words on the social networking site, only to reconcile a few days later.
