'Setup' "revolves around a group of friends who are catapulted into the middle of a diamond heist that turns deadly." It marks the directorial debut for Mike Gunther, a former Hollywood stuntman. The $20 million dollar film is being produced by 50 Cent's production company, Cheetah Vision. Bruce Willis was also in talks for a role in the film, which co-stars 50 and actress Jenna Dewan Tatum. 'Setup' has already begun filming in Grand Rapids, Mich., and is scheduled to wrap by the end of the month.
50's production company, Cheetah Vision, recently received a $200 million investment to produce ten more films over the next two years, despite failing to turn a profit with their previous releases, and has several other titles already in pre-production.
