Capo, whose real name is Joseph Jones, initially crashed his Bentley into another car while driving on the Henry Hudson Parkway earlier this year. After Jones exited the vehicle, he punched the other drive, threw his keys into oncoming traffic and pushed him onto the highway twice. Additionally, he kicked the other driver's vehicle twice.
This isn't the first time that Jones has been charged with assault. Following an incident that took place in late 2008, Jones was charged with assault in early 2009 after engaging in an altercation with Ne-Yo's manager at the Louis Vuitton store on Fifth Avenue in New York. In October 2009, he plead guilty to the misdemeanor charge in an attempt to clear his name.
