Trina has spent the last decade establishing herself as rap's Diamond Princess, but she's been doing some charity work on the side. Slip-N-Side's first lady was honored for her involvement with her Diamond Dolls Foundation this past weekend during the 6th Annual Florida Entertainment Summit, where she was given the Power of Influence Award for her "commitment to strengthen humanity" and "dedication to the community and the empowerment of others."

The Miami rapstress most recently presented the 3rd Annual Jingle Bell Toy Drive & Fashion Show in her hometown last Friday. The Evening of Holiday Fashion event collected toys for the Miami Dade County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association, with the lavish event taking place at Club Play on South Beach.

Trina first launched her philanthropic career in December 2006 with the establishment of Diamond Doll, holding her 1st Annual Diamond Doll Celebrity Birthday Weekend. "I've met so many young girls and everyday life for them is a struggle. Everyday life for them is a different day of facing some sort of obstacle that they feel that can't endure," she said at the time.
