Alicia Keys 'Speechless' Over Baby, Pens a New Song

Alicia Keys is still giddy from the joys of motherhood, and what better way to express her love for her new bundle of joy than in song? The multiple Grammy winner has linked with rapper Eve for the new track 'Speechless.' The song, which is produced by her hubby Swizz Beatz as part of his free Music Mondays offerings, samples Kanye West's 'Devil in a New Dress.'

Keys took to her Twitter page today to introduce the track. "Speechless is a little freestyle treat 4 the holidays," she wrote. "It's not a new album, not a single it's something special 4 U! My gift to you ... a little song about my lil guy ;-) love to you....let's make 2011 incredible!!!"

Despite the title, the singer had no problem putting her feelings into song. After a small introduction, describing her love for her son, Egypt Daoud Dean, Keys bundled her emotions in a soft melody. "When I wake up in the morning babe/ Can't believe my eyes/ See this little part of destiny 'cause you're now in my life," she sings. "There ain't no better prize that can compare to you/ Ain't no words to describe the way that I'm feeling when I look at you/ I'm just speechless baby, don't know what to say/ I'm just speechless."

This isn't the first time that Keys has openly expressed her love for her newborn. Shortly after his birth, the 29-year-old wrote about being a new mom via her website, describing the experience as "incredible." Keys gave birth to Dean in October, just a few months after tying the knot with Swizz, during an intimate ceremony over the summer.

Alicia as a mother I can relate to exactly how you feel. There is no love like a mother's love for her child. I have four and with each one I have felt the same way SPEECHLESS. Way to go for you. I wish the best for you and your family.

I'm aware there are always a lot of silly remarks on these sites, but yours are the most unintelligent and degrading I've ever read. I feel sorry for you, that you could have so much hate inside you to feel this way about another human being. That is so sad. BTW, do you have proof Alicia doesn't write her own music? I didn't think so. You should at least get your facts straight before you make a false accusation like that. As far as the way she looks, she is a beautiful person inside and out. What about you? We already know you're pretty messed up inside and definitely need help. You must be a really unhappy person to possess such hate. Oh, btw, there is even more literature about black heroes being taught in schools today. Thought that might make your day. Smile :-) And yes, it is a mostly white school. Very interesting stories. Grow up!
