While she's maintained a relatively low profile in recent years, Elliott uses the flow on 'Take Ur Clothes Off' to demand the musical respect she deserves. "Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name Miss, rock it like no one else," she spits over the synthesized club-friendly beat. "I don't need y'all cuz I'm feeling myself/ Haters y'all just be worried to death/ Like a throwback, to the flow back/ Return of the mac, go head take my Kodak/ I'm all that. You ain't know that?/ You can't keep track if you had a low jack /Must've thought I was over/ Been hot since before Michael Jackson wore loafers /Ya'll was youngins, I was much older/ Been rich before you even knew about Oprah."
Timbaland announced late last year that he would be taking a page out of Kanye West's book by dropping new music weekly, free of charge. West's G.O.O.D. Fridays, which he kicked off last summer, allowed fans to hear some of the music that would end up on his forthcoming 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' album.
Although Timbaland has yet to confirm whether or not his new music will appear on his album, Missy's album or both, word has it he is prepping the release of his third solo effort 'Shock Value III.' Download 'Take Ur Clothes Off' at TimbalandThursdays.com.
