The Pittsburgh rapper's breezy summer-love anthem features production by Stargate, the team responsible for his breakout hit 'Black and Yellow,' employing the same sing-song flow heard on his ubiquitious hometown ode. Aided by Auto-Tune, Wiz even pulls out a little crooning on the syrupy hook, which naturally manages to work in some of Wiz's favorite terminology with the weed referencing refrain "I'll Roll Up."
"I ain't gonna flex, I'm not gonna front/ You know if I ball, then we all gonna stunt," Wiz sings. "Send her my way, she ain't gotta hold up/ Whenever you call baby, I'll roll up."
Wiz's 'Rolling Papers' is scheduled for a March 29 release, featuring production by Benny Blanco Jim Jonsin and many more. The Jonsin-produced track 'On My Level' surfaced earlier this week. In a novel move, the song will only be available via a music video.
