Lil' Kim Taunts Nicki Minaj Double in 'Black Friday' Video

Amazon

After releasing her mixtape 'Black Friday' earlier this week, Lil' Kim has unleashed the visuals for the title track, once again taking swipes at her nemesis Nicki Minaj. The clip was shot in Brooklyn late last year and features a Nicki lookalike who stands next to Kim and attempts to replicate Kim's classic pose from her 'Hardcore' poster.

The visuals begin with Kim stepping on a bloody wig assumed to belong to Nicki, with the voice of Notorious B.I.G. chiming in to back Kim's rhyme skills and Sean 'Diddy' Combs speaking on how she's responsible for his success. Throughout the video, Kim raps in front of her crew International Rock Stars and in a Brooklyn basement, while the Nicki lookalike studies Kim's past looks and a little girl plays with a Nicki Minaj action figure with a detachable derriere.

The roughly seven-minute clip ends with words of wisdom from Michael Jackson, serving as the moral of the story. "It is better to fail in originality, than to succeed in imitation ... period," reads the quote.

Kim has had a resurgence as of lately after she released 'Black Friday' last Thanksgiving. She became a worldwide trending topic on Twitter after releasing her bloody cover image for the mixtape earlier this week, depicting her brandishing a sword and a decapitated Nicki.

I don't even know why I'm responding to you, but your a dumbass if you think using 4 syllable words make anyone sound 'Intelligent'. Did I defend Nicki nooo, so stop being a keyboard warrior.

And why do you get so angry its the internet, lol.

No. You responded because I make you realize how much of a "dumbass" YOU are! lolz I'm very intelligent. The amount of syllables don't matter. It's the word, and knowing its meaning. Step your vocabulary up. And no one's "angry". lolz o_O Emotions don't manifest over lames. Look in the mirror. Great example. xD

She's embarrassing herself, 35 yet so venerable. Who cares about whatever you claim she 'stole' from you.

Stop trying to sound intelligent. Since when does a Rap battle have an age limit on it? Go tell Gay-Z's old ass that, when he was going at it with Nas. 50 Cent with Game, so on, and so on...idiot. The whole object of a rap battle is to humiliate your opponent, while making money at the same time. $1,000,000? Yeah. I'd say Lil' Kim is handling her business. I don't think YOU'D be complaining! You wack as Nicki "fan". Ooops!!! I mean Stan. lmao

sorry lil kim. that was pathetic? dont you have anything better to do? you must be upset because to dedicate a whole song to nicki minaj is insanely stupid. not to mention i didnt even know you existed until now ahaha. ugh the beat wasn't even good. my ears are bleeding after that torture. and is nicki minaj really the copycat because im pretty sure her albums name was "pink friday" and you just named yours "black friday" ...hmmm maybe its just a coincidence....

Ever heard Nicki Minaj's lame rendition of Biggie's "Warning"? It's called "paying homage", in some cases. In this case, it's obviously a mockery. Now, who's the dumb ass? You. xD Lil' Kim annihilated her wack ass. Haha!
