In the suit, which was filed in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, Klosed Kustody claimed that they managed and had a series of contracts with Bizzy that limited his ability to perform on other artists' records. Because they have all rights to releases, Klosed Kustody claims that Tech N9ne violated Bizzy's contract by using him on his own tracks.
"After their introduction to Evans, Defendants began a course of conduct which interfered with the contracts between Klosed Kustody and Evans," says the suit complaint against Tech.
Tech N9ne has yet to acknowledge the suit. He is currently prepping the release of his next studio album, 'All 6s and 7s,' on his own Strange Music imprint. The record is set to drop on June 7, 2011 and we're guessing Bizzy won't be getting in any verses on this one.
