The rapper has been arrested 19 times between the ages of 18 to 22, and has been candid about his past as a cocaine dealer. The most recent stint in the slammer came after Billionaire was arrested in 2008 for selling crack to an undercover police officer in New Jersey.
"Freck Billionaire is a free man!!! #TheFamily #WelcomeHomeBro," tweeted Fabolous Wednesday (April 6) afternoon.
