The troubled MC, whose real name is Radric Davis, is denying the victim's accusations after being formerly charged with battery, disorderly conduct and reckless conduct on Tuesday (April 19). The currently incarcerated rapper, who has been behind bars since the incident took place a few weeks back, will fight the charges when brought before a judge.
"We obviously believe the charges are false," said Gucci's lawyer Ashutosh Joshi of the lawsuit, which claims his conduct "shows a willful disregard for a woman's personal safety." "We don't agree with them and we look forward to having the opportunity to fight the charges in court."
Gucci was arrested on April 8 for the incident. Reports claim that he picked up Graham from a local mall and invited her to breakfast. After propositioning her with $150 for undisclosed activities, he pushed her out his moving Hummer. She was later treated at a local hospital, while Gooch was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of battery. If convicted, the charges could be inflated as it could be considered a violation of his probation from previous cases.
