50 Cent and Chelsea Handler Relationship Confirmed

After teasing the media for months last year, Chelsea Handler has finally admitted to briefly dating 50 Cent. The twosome were first spotted in a New Orleans club last summer, and poked fun at the gossip surrounding their "relationship" by posting pictures together and flirting with one another on various social networking sites.

Now that the dust has settled, Handler is coming clean. "We dated, very casually," she said in an interview with CNN's Piers Morgan. "He's a very sweet, nice guy. I was just sampling, kind of, the atmosphere, seeing what was out there."

Handler also revealed that 50's public persona doesn't necessarily match up to how he is behind closed doors. "He's the complete antithesis of what you would imagine him to be. He's sweet, funny, he's got a great sense of humor."

Although 50 is usually pretty open about things, when it came to Handler, he always spoke highly of the New Jersey native but fell short of confirming whether their relationship was more than platonic. In an interview with Vibe Magazine, the 'Candy Shop' rapper gushed over the late night talk show host.

"Chelsea is confident," he said. "I think confidence is the sexiest thing about a person. She's the kind of person that if you're blessed with the opportunity to hang out with her, you'll enjoy it. I'm not sure you'll look at her and actually want to jump over the table and f--- her, but you might. You would leave after talking with her feeling that she is a cool person."

The two have since gone their separate ways. Handler has been linked to New York City hotelier and real estate developer Andre Balaz, while 50 appears to be ridin' solo.
