On the seventh episode of the Miami Heat basketball player's cartoon series, Drizzy plays himself, facing off against the Heat player and his crew in a rap battle. Drake's initial plan to appear on the popular new show was announced, before the official premiere of 'The LeBrons.' The web series is based around LeBron James' four characters -- the athlete, the kid, the businessman and the elder LeBron -- who all became popular in a Nike ad campaign. The first season is slated to run for 10 episodes.
Drake's second album, 'Take Care,' is expected to see a late 2011 release. In October, the Toronto native announced that he was taking time off of working on his R&B mixtape, 'It's Never Enough,' to focus on his rapping.
Last week, he released the new song, 'Dreams Money Can Buy,' as a preview of his upcoming release, telling fans, "A song that I felt the need to share. Not my single. Just a piece of my story. Hear me out though."
