The fiery-haired pop singer announced the change via Twitter. "#GOODNEWS @JColeNC is our new official opener! @CeeLoGreen will no longer be a part of #LOUDtour due 2 commitment with the Voice #Cantmissit," tweeted the 'Man Down' singer Tuesday (June 28). Green, along with Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, is a judge on the singing competition show 'The Voice,' which has become a huge hit on NBC.
J. Cole was already a performer on the tour but the additional duties will be coming in handy. The North Carolina rapper and Roc Nation artist announced last week that his long delayed debut album, 'Cole World: The Sideline Story,' will be released on Sept. 27.
Rihanna's Loud tour kicked off June 4 in Baltimore and will tour throughout the states until July 24. From there it will continue on through the Caribbean, South America and Europe before concluding at the end of this year.
