Opening the show with her early 1986 single 'Nasty,' Miss Jackson took fans through a high energy career-spanning selection of the 35 No. 1 hits featured on her 'Number Ones' album, including 'What Have You Done for Me Lately' and 'Control.' The highlight, however, was Janet's surprise performance of her 1995 Michael Jackson collaboration 'Scream,' accompanied by her brother's haunting vocals, and a video of the late star performing on the screen.
"It's therapeutic, you know and it makes me smile inside," the 45-year-old Grammy-winner told British radio, of the audio and video collaboration with her brother. "I mean the energy of the song is fierce but it makes me smile inside when I hear him, when I hear his voice."
As a final tribute to Michael, who died on June 25, 2009, at the age of 50, Janet broadcasted touching childhood photos of the two, singing her 1997 hit 'Together Again.'
Janet continues the 35-city tour with two more dates in London on July 2 and 3, then heads to Dublin, Monaco and Barcelona, before returning to the states to end the record-breaking tour.
