Vanilla Ice and Wife Split Amid Cheating Allegations

One-hit wonder rapper-turned-reality TV star Vanilla Ice has split from his wife after 14 years of marriage.

Ice, born Robert Van Winkle, married wife Laura Giaritta in 1997, and have two daughters together, Dusti, 12, and Keelee, 10. Ice, 43, recently moved out of their family home in Wellington, Fla. after he allegedly discovered that Laura had been cheating on him.

Giaritta denies allegations that she was unfaithful, but confirms she and her longtime husband are no longer living together. Giaritta tells the National Enquirer, "We've had problems for a very long time and Rob has moved out."

Whether or not the cheating allegations are true, infidelity is just one of the estranged couple's "problems." Back in January 2001, Van Winkle was arrested for assaulting his wife. He pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to probation and ordered to attend family therapy sessions.

In April 2008, Van Winkle was arrested again on a battery charge for allegedly kicking and hitting his wife. Ice was released after Giaritta reneged on her claims, stating her husband only pushed her. The case was later dropped.

Say what you will about Ice, he's had some stellar p---y in his time. He got it on with Madonna, and his wife looks like Eva Mendes! Yum! Screw fame, just give me money and p---y. In that order, since the former attracts the latter.

Finally, you have done the smart thing. Millions of husbands are cheated on
who are faithful to their wives. But, women never take responsibility for
their infidelity either to their husband or in court. It is time for this to end.
A man's heart when it is true can only take so many affairs by his wife
before his heart grows cold and vice versa. Our justice system even
condone's this type of lying by putting the entire blame on the husband.
As I said in the Anthony Case, it is time for justice based on the foresenic
facts not emotions. Vanilla, I feel your pain, because statistically it has been proven that a spouse, more often than not, will have a great sense that
their spouse is cheating. My advice, hire a private investigator and document in the hell out of it. In short, if you ask, in my case a woman, if you wants an open marriaged, closed marriage, or shared marriage, and she choses close.
Then that means you only have sex with each other. But, I really think today
people do not really listen to the meaning of the words they are agreeing to.
At least as it is reflected by their behavior!

Vanilla Ice at the "forefront of rap"? The first known spoken word /"rap style" record was English performer, Lord Buckley in the 1950's. Rap was a growning musical gendre in New York City in the late 60' and early 70's. Rob Van Winkle's 15 minutes was in the mid 1980's, long after Rap went East coast West coast! Van Winkle was 15 years after the fact, that's not the forefront!
