Rihanna Dethrones Lady Gaga as 'Queen of Facebook'

Rihanna has surpassed Lady Gaga's massive Facebook following to become the new "queen" of the social networking site.

RiRi reigns supreme, having just passed Gaga in number of Facebook fans -- 40,523,918 to 40,514,982! The achievement earns Rihanna the honorary title of "Queen of Facebook" from social media statistical tracker FameCount.

Rihanna may be the most popular female on Faceboook, but as far as famous recording artists in general go, Rihanna still trails "King" Eminem, who rules with a whopping 43,232,641 Facebook fans.

And when it comes to the other social media monster, Twitter, Gaga wins with a record 11,632,837 to RiRi's meager 6,099,406 followers.

I guess its just easier to talk trash on the internet than IRL. I doubt any of you would have the guts or the balls to say any of that to either of them? They're musicians and have every right to dress however they feel or want to. I guess people are too ignorant to look and see that ITS A FASHION STATEMENT!
And who ARE the people on the internet? Angry people behind a keyboard typing away their opinions about two people who have no idea who they or I are? And you think you have the right to talk like you're so much better than them? Get over yourself. You're not that important to the internet.
Have any of you looked past the glitz and crazy high heels to see all the Charity work Gaga has done? Donated entire concert revenue to people in need? Watched an interview? Seen how much she cares for the people who cheer for her? Or actually listened to the girl sing?
Whether you like her or Rihanna or not- you should respect that the are people too. Its' embarrassing that adults get on the internet and act in such a lewd and embarrassing manner over their disapproval of a woman in a bubble dress or a black woman with red extensions.
