In an interview with the Associated Press, Mathew speaks out against the theft allegations being brought against him by Live Nation Entertainment, who claims he had "stolen money from Beyonce on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to."
"We absolutely have not taken any money from Beyonce, and all dollars will be accounted for," he said. "In no way have we stole money. Again, this about the people who have made these claims -- they have to come into the light."
Her father, who heads Music World Entertainment, also revealed that members of Jay-Z's Roc Nation team have made "negative comments about me," in turn affecting his reputation. He went on to comment that Beyonce's new business support system, which seems to be a meld of the Roc Nation camp, her label, Columbia Records and Live Nation Entertainment, is the reason why her fourth studio album, '4' has not met expectations through sales and a single has not skyrocketed to the top of the charts like past efforts.
Mathew Knowles admitted that both he and Beyonce have not spoken since she cut ties with him on a business level.
