The rap duo have announced they will embark on a 21-city tour and will perform as the group the Throne. Besides that big news, they've also revealed that the album comes a bit later than expected.
Hov and Yeezy are set to release their collaborative effort exclusively to iTunes on August 8. 'Watch the Throne' will then be available in physical copies and at digital retailers on August 12.
August 8 also marks the day eager fans can scoop tickets to their fall tour. The Watch the Throne tour kicks off on Sept. 22 in Detroit, Mich. at the Palace of Auburn Hills and closes out Nov. 3 in Boston, Mass. at TD Garden. Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston and Philadelphia are just some of the cities Jay-Z and Kanye West will perform in.
Pre-sale tickets are available July 28, by visiting the Live Nation website. A digital copy of the album, featuring the 'Ye-produced track 'Otis,' and appearances from Frank Ocean, Kid Cudi, Swizz Beatz, Beyonce, among others, will be supplied to all early ticket buyers.
