Tyler, the Creator Slams 'Old Ass' Producer for Slander

You didn't think genius producer Steve Albini would get away with slagging Odd Future's out-spoken leader without the rising rap star firing back? Tyler, the Creator isn't exactly the type to avoid venomous tirades.

"Feel Like I Have To Defend Myself," he tweeted, Aug. 9 in response to Albini's charge that his crew -- who the producer called "little pricks" -- had been super disrespectful to people on an airport shuttle in Barcelona. "1 Idk Who The F--- Steve Albino Is 2. I Dont 'N----- Everything Insight' 3. I Never Say F--- U To Drivers. 4. We (odd future) Never Discuss How Much We Are Making A Show In Public, Ever. "

After denying all of Albini's claims -- They flipped off an old lady! Lipped off the shuttle driver after reportedly being told to put out a joint! Bragged about the payday from a recent gig! -- the raucous OFWGKTA ringleader took a turn at ribbing the Chicago producer, respected for his work with Nirvana, Pixies, Cheap Trick and more.

"5. Me Nor Anyone i Know In My Age Group Know Who You Are, Old Ass. Surprised You Knew how To Use A Computer," Tyler, the Creator tweeted before calling Albini out on Rapeman, his controversially named punk band from the '80s. (An ironic attack, given that most of the criticism of Tyler has centered around rape references in his rhymes.)

We're willing to bet Albini won't stoop any lower by responding to this outburst. He could always call up another Odd Future-hater like Sara Quinn of Tegan and Sara and complain behind closed doors, though he should totally tweet to Tyler to "get offa my lawn!" along with a video of him shaking his angry old man fist.
