In the video, Sean Paul shows off his mohawk and sings to a lovely lady dancing before him in a posh hotel room as the StarGate production echoes around his lyrics. "Girl me don't stay act like boys that put you down/ Me rather lift you way up high up off the ground/ 'Nough of them fake, some of them kings or clowns/ Only thinking 'bout them self alone," he croons.
Roc Nation signee Alexis Jordan, dressed in a sexy black number, jumps in on the chorus with, "I, I'll do anything I could for ya/ Boy you're my only/ I, I'm gonna flip this piece on ya/ You don't even know me."
Sean Paul switches up his female companions, heads to a nightclub and commands the crowd onstage in the party pleasing video.
As for his choice to work with Roc Nation's Alexis Jordan on the song, it came easy. "I was looking for a girl to sing the hook that was not very fully known by everybody," Sean Paul tells The BoomBox. "I have been following her; she's big in Europe and Australia so when the option presented itself I was like, 'Oh yeah, amazing!' I've never really met her. She's about to be a lot bigger in the states. I think the music she's doing in the states is about to translate well."
