The romantic single, from Tyga's forthcoming sophomore album, 'Careless World,' premiered last night (Sept. 26) on New York City tastemaker DJ Clue's Power 105.1 radio show. The tune centers on how much the 21-year-old MC misses his ex, a girl who's now dating a ball player.
"We was young, full of insecurities/ Grown up now, all we got is memories," Tyga raps.
The Young Money rhymer wants badly to rekindle the old spark, and he's even come up with a way his former paramour can parlay their romantic dalliance into a day off from work.
"Maybe you could call in sick," he suggests, cleverly setting up an implied -- and dirty -- rhyme, "bring it to the crib and get all this..."
After Tyga's spice, loverman Drake spoons out the sugar, asking, "Did you have fun?/ 'Cause I'ma need a cab just to get me home."
