According to Deadline.com, NBC has purchased the rights for a sitcom that will star Snoop Dogg as a dad. The show doesn't yet have a name, but it does have a writer: 'Two and a Half Men' scribe Don Reo.
News of the show first surfaced last month, before Warner Bros. TV had begun shopping the project to networks. Snoop is no stranger to television, and in addition to sitcom work on 'Brothers,' he's starred in the reality series 'Snoop Dogg's Father Hood.' He's also been cast in the lead role of the upcoming film 'The Legend of Filmore Slim.'
