Mitch Winehouse has teamed with Harper Collins to publish the book, titled 'Amy, My Daughter.' The project is set to debut in 2012.
"I feel that I need to write this book to tell the true story of Amy and to help with my personal recovery," her father explained. "I also want to raise as much money as possible for Amy's foundation, so all proceeds from the book will go directly to help children who are disadvantaged through illness and substance addiction."
The 'Back to Black' creator passed away in July at the age of 27. Winehouse was found dead in her London home. Though there was much speculation over drugs or alcohol abuse attributing to her cause of death, it was reported that no illegal drugs were found in her body at the time.
