Just hours after she debuted her new single 'Mr. Wrong,' featuring Drake, Mary J. Blige has returned with another top-shelf hip-hop collaboration with Rick Ross on 'Why.'

As expected, the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul shines over the track's nostalgic strings, while Ross drops some quotables, rapping "Our conversations are so monumental/ Lickin' on her ear, I'm whisperin' a couple riddles/ She fell in love with my technique/ I made her call me boss when in the bedsheets."

'Why' will appear on Blige's forthcoming album, 'My Life II... The Journey Continues (Act I),' which is also rumored to feature appearances by Beyonce and Fabolous, with production work from Swizz Beatz, Jim Jonsin, Danja, Rico Love, DJ Premier and many more.

As Ross intones on 'Why,' "Hold your glasses up, baby/ You're in the presence of greatness/ It's the Queen of our time, Mary J..."

'My Life II... The Journey Continues (Act I)' is in stores Nov. 21.
