Two-Year-Old Rapper Khaliyl Iloyi Is a YouTube Star -- Video

Two year old Khaliyl Iloyi is an internet sensation, stunning YouTube viewers with his gift for gab, rhythm and flow. The rapping toddler spits, "gaga goo goo gon gada," in perfect time with fellow U.K. wordsmith Alim Kamara, all while donning a stylish pajama onesie.

The video featuring Khaliyl has been viewed more than a half million times but the success is no surprise to his family. His father, Femi Iloyi aka Smooflow, is a rapper and his older brother Kieyen was a YouTube hit himself rapping at the age of 3.

While his baby-like sounds may not be coherent, it's still mighty impressive especially when he includes the signature hand gestures and head bob made famous by hip-hop legends.

The video was shot by Khaliyl's dad, who describes his son's rap debut as "such a great moment" to ABC News.

"At the age of four months, Khaliyl started showing signs of interest in music, making noises to songs that we played," Femi Iloyi said. "At around 9 months, his timing and ability was very clear.

"He continued to show us the joy he felt when listening to music and was able to choose his favorite songs by expressing noises or pointing," he added.

Be sure to check out the tiny rhymer who brings "poppin' bottles" to a whole new level in the video below!

(Sigh)...Racism is alive and well..smdh!!! These comments are killing me softly. He is a baby folks, I cannot believe people that are suppose to be ADULTS are crucifying this child character, already predicting his demise, because he mimicking rap skills very sad, miserable, nasty individuals and hope you feel great about yourselves when you look in the mirror...plan ignorance, the ironic part is I bet most of you hold some sort of college degree which makes it that much worse..

this world is going to hell in a hand basket with gasoline drawers...

Hey Razor

Sorry Ms.Maxwell but baby or not it saddens a majority of us to see yet another generation of blacks failing to assimilate into productive citizens(no a rapper is not a productive citizen) It's like these parents are setting up the child to be just like the rest of the thugs and here we have a host of people embracing it as if its just cute family time. It's called dumbing down America.

Rapping does not take skill....its copys the form of basic children's nursery rhymes....And music is non existent....its just yelled over stolen songs....Its the saddest form of music....The lyrics are 70% about stealing, killing, and treating women like hoes.....The society where the music comes from is the most disgraced group ever to roam the World..But Shhhhh today you cannot say BOO to anyone....just let them live like that....they know no better....

Hey Razor

And Blacks wonder why they never get out of the hood. This would explain it. Sorry I don't see any talent here what so ever. Call me racist

What fun the family is having with their child..get with it people, this is the way of the times. I can only hope my own grown adult children stay with it with their own children. As parents, we HAVE to encourage and be part of our children's lives, this includes the music and the way they sing. If you are involved, it allows you the moment to help educate your child about the morals of good/bad music, because we know what is going on right then, not after they are already in trouble. So what if this child is/is not potty trained when this was videoed. So what we cannot understand what this apparently talented little man has to say. Do you see the smile in his eyes, do you see the involvement of his family. Good for them.

Some of you need to relax and stop making something a serious issue when it really isn't. Children all progress at different stages. Some talk in full sentences when they are one, some don't until they're older, like 3 (usually the younger sibling doesn't have the vocabulary as early as his or her older sibling did). And, really, why would anyone care "what he's saying"?? He's two, and he has more rhythm than most children or adults, white or black or in-between. It's adorable, and he's obviously having a good time. Some of you grumps should take notes in that regard.

Some kids never grow up. Stray rounds from drive bys, arrested development, drug addled brains, in utero; or , some combination of these things.
