Billboard.com reports that Jeffrey Gordon, a department spokesman, revealed that the Health Department received two complaints about Lenox Hill Hospital. According to Gordon, both were dismissed by Wednesday night (Jan. 11).
Earlier this week, news circulated of a Brooklyn man who claimed he was denied access to see his newborn children because Jay-Z and Beyonce's bodyguards stopped him from entering a neonatal ward.
Blue Ivy Carter, born Jan. 7, was brought into the world on the hospital's fourth floor, which was rented out by her superstar parents for $1.3 million to keep her delivery a secret. TMZ released photos of the posh digs where Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed their baby girl. Besides the interior being finely decorated, the space houses four flat screen TVs, high-end electronics, a kitchenette and artwork on the walls.
