"Look I'm human, & just like every girl in this world, I admire my body so i take pics just like EVERY other human being," she wrote. "However my phone that was stolen Witch my phone was also connected to my twitter. So i guess the hacker felt the need to have a field day and leaked personal photos, and also tweet mean & hurtful things about me. I ain't gone front It really hurt my feelings that someone would be so evil and mean. I would never leak photos like that of my self. I have so many blessings and opportunities ahead of me & I have way more class & respect for my self as a young woman. So there's no need to seek attention. But I sincerely apologize to all my supporters and followers who had to witness the devil at work, and at what he does best. Carma is a $&@# but I'll let God handle that. that's it that's all."
Teyana Taylor should have people talking about her new song, 'Bad Boy,' featuring rapper Honey Cocaine, but instead they're fixated on a nude photo of the rhymer that is circulating the Internet.
On Wednesday night (Feb. 15), the rapping and singing force was the subject of a Twitter scandal when photos of her nude body were published on her personal account. The photo, which can be viewed here, was immediately deleted from the social networking site but left Taylor's followers wondering why she would even tweet such a revealing image.
Answers seem to have come once a follow-up tweet was posted Wednesday night -- Taylor allegedly lost her phone and a hacker was in possession of it. "@TEYANATAYLOR: F--- Teyanna taylorrr hahahahahhhahahah! Dats what happenes when u lose you're phone bitch! DAT!!!!!!!," the hacker wrote.
The 21-year-old Harlem native has not issued a statement regarding the nude photos. Taylor is set to release 'The Misunderstanding of Teyana Taylor' EP on Feb. 29.
