Kanye West 'Mercy': 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Pusha T and G.O.O.D. Music Head Unite

Good Friday (April 6) is just a few hours away but the debut of the first single from the G.O.O.D. Music compilation, "Mercy," has arrived ahead of schedule due to DJs around the country playing the record on radio. Kanye West and his band of hip-hop brothers unite for the project, which serves as the first album to come from the G.O.O.D. Music team. Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz show up for the "Mercy" track, with the latter being the only rapper outside of the imprint.

Big Sean throws out the first verse on the track, followed by Pusha T, 'Ye and 2 Chainz brings the song to a close.

"I threw suicides on the private jet/ You know what that mean, I'm fly to death/ I step in Def Jam building like I'm the s---/ Tell 'em give me 50 million or I'ma quit/ Most rappers taste level ain't at my waist level," Kanye rhymes on the track.

2 Chainz and Kanye joined forces last month at SXSW in Austin, Texas, when the "Jesus Walks" creator surprised rap fans as he graced the stage during 2 Chainz' set.

West first announced the G.O.O.D. Music album last year. Since then, he's crafted much of the effort with artists both new and old. John Legend, Frank Ocean, Mannie Fresh, Common, Kid Cudi and Marsha Ambrosius, among others are the recording artists set to appear on the LP while producer Hit-Boy joined West in London for some beatwork as well.
