"Kanye is head over heels in love with Kim, and he has told her he would love to appear on the reality show if she wants him to," an insider told Radar Online. "Kim is a bit leery of having her man appear on camera because of the whole fiasco with her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kris Humphries, but watch for Kanye to make several appearances on the show towards the end of the season. Viewers won't see him featured in the first part of the season, and it won't be all about Kanye."
Last week, a song titled "Theraflu" hit the Internet and featured West rapping about his love for the socialite.
"And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim/ Around the same time she fell in love with him/ Well that's cool, baby girl, do your thing/ Lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team," he raps.
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" returns Sun., May 20, at 9PM EST on E!.
