While "Paper Tags" features some big names, and a decent verse from Kiss, the track, with its plodding Jahlil Beats production and lethargic French Montana hook, never really gets off the ground.
"I'm giving you that crack on the arm. That's why it's Consignment," Kiss says of the mixtape. "It ain't like I'm just giving you some garbage; I'm giving you that crack. I'm giving it to you. Take that, bubble for awhile, come back and cop that album after you get right off this Consignment."
Consignment is due on April 27, featuring Young Jeezy, Waka Flocka, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Fabolous and more.
