Usher, Tameka Foster Trial: Crooner Claims Ex-Wife Attacked, Spat on Girlfriend

Usher took the stand in his ongoing child custody suit against ex-wife Tameka Foster today, testifying that Foster engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend and him back in December, hitting and throwing a plate of food at him, and spitting on his girlfriend, Grace Miguel.

TMZ has released video of Usher's testimony, wherein the mild-mannered crooner describes the situation, which occurred in December, while their children were left in the house unattended.

"She walked over to the car, pulled the door open, and she wanted to fight. She told her [Miguel], 'I'm a kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman in my subdivision, in my house,'" Usher explains. "I tried my hardest to prevent the situation from escalating into something far worse, but she continued to swing, spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."

The "Climax" singer continued to explain that Foster, in a blind rage, further attempted to yank his girlfriend from the car, while swinging at her, as Usher tried to place himself between the women. After scolding her, he drove off, but Foster allegedly threw her plate of food at the car, as he left.

Usher is suing for increased visitation rights for the former couple's two sons, four-year-old Usher V and three-year-old Naviyd.

This sounds like a desperate woman. I agree, he should have listen to his mother. The ex appears to do anything to get her way and trash usher, all because her sorry behind is out in the cold.

I was listening to the MarshallTalk Radio Show at MarshallTalk.com and it is funny, because he was talking about Lust over Love in Relationships. I think this is a perfect example, either Usher didn't Love his Wife in the beginning, or he did and he is Lusting after other women. All of these ladies are posting in an imaginary world, because most of them know, when a women is replaced she is not trying to hear anything! If someone says she is crazy, she can care less, whatever is on your mind is the only thing she cares about at the time.

I can't believe he doesn't have full custody of his two sons. . .why not? Certainly, his former wife sounds like a nut case and has multiple children. . .

really with no money worries she can't pull it together when he act stupid and bring aother women into her veiw -played right into his hands....
she act's like a fool in front of kids. what golden plate of stupidity did she give him..
My Xand I have not the money they do but my x and i have found a way to be civil we did love each other and we chose each other.it is not the kids fault.
usher's x dosnt relize how lucky she is to have picked him to b a father of her kids.
if i can do it so can she
grow up think of the kids...
not your ego..plus spend his money giving them a good life....

He married a gold digging hood rat that left her husband and children. That is why mama did not like her. He needs to stop thinking with that little head. These women need to be followed by a private investigator and sign iron clad pre nups. Tameka is not getting her kids or any money. She better get back on that stripper pole she came from.
