Usher's Stepson Brain Dead After Jet Ski Accident: Singer Joins Ex-Wife at Atlanta Hospital

After being hit by a jet ski yesterday in Georgia, Usher's 11-year-old stepson Kile Glover has been declared brain dead, TMZ reports.

Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, has apparently not experienced any brain activity since the accident, which took place in Lake Lanier. The boy had been riding in an inner tube when he was struck in the head by the jet ski, and he was pulled from the water unresponsive.

According to the gossip site, Usher chartered a plane yesterday so that Foster, who had been out of town, could return to Atlanta and be at her son's bedside. The R&B star also arrived at the hospital last night, TMZ reports.

As per TMZ, the family has not yet decided whether to take Glover off of life support.

My deepest condolences to Tameka and family. I pray little Kyle will not suffer in these dark moments alone. This is every parents worst nightmare come true and a tragic burden the family to bear.

What tragic news! I pray God will lighten the burden of pain for the friends & family of this young boy! This has got to be the toughest kind of pain to deal with when it involves a son or daughter; especially this young! Please know that there are many of us out here that have you in our hearts & prayers & we are desperately hoping for the best for all concerned! May God bless you & your precious family & may he comfort you each moment during these darkest hours upon you & give you the strength & courage to somehow continue on! As you manage to go through each phase of your grief, I hope with all my heart that you go through each step successfully; so you can heal as quickly as possible to get you back to as normal as possiblel lives!

It's his STEP-son. Where are your words of sympathy for the child's MOTHER?

I hope and pray that usher's stepson will some how survive. Only God can make that decision. If God is ready to bring him back home to heaven it will be done. My heart goes out to both the family and the person responsible for the accident. It is in God's hands. His will shall be done. I hope and pray that his mother, father and Usher (Step father) will be able to handle and accept God's decision. He can bring him back or at his will take him on home to be with him. I trust in God's decision.
