An an interview with VladTV, Glocc claims that Game and his entourage pulled a gun on him -- which explains why he retreated, and why he's not going to press charges.
"My motto is 'If you don't got a gun and they got some, you better run.'" said Glocc, who also charges his opponent with editing the footage to make the bout seem more one-sided.
Game, meanwhile, denies brandishing hardware, and in a series of tweets, he's insisted the only weapons he needed were his fists.
"iPhone in my left hand.... Mayweather'n this n---- with my right!!! #AtTheSameDamnTime," Game tweeted, comparing his fighting abilities to those of boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr.
